Tamarindo

Have you heard of Tamarindo? It's in Costa Rica and recently there has been a lot of interest in buying property there. It's, in part, driven by the number of condos and homes that are underway

Such an increase in the number of buildings could change the very nature of the place you are hoping to enjoy, but they have been fortunate that strict conservation standards were in place so the natural beauty of the location has been preserved.

If you are interested in buying out there, have a look at the Tamarindo Real Estate website tamarindorealtor.com which has all the info you would need to do your research and move on to your purchase.

Kate Moss Fashion

Yep, Kate Moss has designed some more clothes. Here are some examples...

She must be making a fortune because those clothes are quite expensive, and look how small they are. I've had kitchen tissues with more fabric.

She's working with Sir Philip Green making clothes for Top Shop.

It's strange because they don't just sell tops. But if they were called Bottom Shop you'd expect something quite different (but you could still find pictures of Kate Moss in there).

They're not the only shop with a misleading name. Selfridges don't actually sell fridges. If you want a fridge you should go to Curry's, who don't actually sell curries. For a curry you want the Taj Mahal, and by the look of her, you won't find Kate Moss in there.

Gwen Stefani

OK, I'll admit, we may be a little late to the Gwen Stefani party. There's a strong possibility that by the time she has any more pictures taken she'll look like and old Vegas hooker who has been around the block a few times. Basically, a real-life version of Katherine from CSI.

Get it while the going is good.

Gold

Let's take a few minutes to moan about the state of the world. Seriously, it's like you can't win. After the recession we knew the dollar was a bad investment. They economic downturn meant that house prices suffered, so property was a bad investment. Then came the crisis in the Euro zone, so the Euro joined the dollar in being something the inverters ran away from. The hung parliament in the UK meant the pound was the same.

Even oil hasn't had a good time because most of it is floating in the sea just off the coast of America. It's like all investments have gone south.

While there has been a slight dip in the price of gold it has still been doing well when you compare it to the ones I have just listed (moaned about). So opting to buy gold bullion is still a good idea. Check out www.usgoldbureau.com

Holly Willoughby

TV presenter Holly Willoughby has a thing for shoes, apparently. If she likes something leathery with a big tongue... call me...
